Dr. Sagin has consulted with or spoken to over a thousand hospitals and health systems in over 46 states. These organizations range from university academic centers and large community hospitals to small critical access institutions. He has consulted with large multihospital systems in both the nonprofit and for-profit world and worked with institutions in urban, suburban, and rural settings. His clients include medical staffs, health system boards, executive management teams, and physician group practices.

Physician Organizations:

Dr. Sagin is often asked to speak before physician professional groups, including programs sponsored by state medical societies and specialty organizations. His consulting has included work with single and multispecialty group practices.

Health-Related Organizations:

Dr. Sagin consults with and is a frequent speaker or faculty member for numerous well-known health care organizations, including The Governance Institute, American Association of Physician Leadership (formerly American College of Physician Executives), American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), The Leadership Institute, and the National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS). He has been an invited speaker before a wide range of health care organizations spanning entities as varied as the AMA and the Wisconsin Hospital Association to entities that sponsor events like the Western Trustees Symposium.
